You are entitled to a share of a court-approved representative action settlement between Plaintiff Tyson Lykens (“Plaintiff”), and Defendant Aya Healthcare Services, Inc. (“Defendant”) in the matter of Tyson Lykens v. AYA Healthcare Services, Inc., Alameda County Superior Court, Case No. RG18926616 (the “Action”). The claims asserted in that Lawsuit were claims brought pursuant to the California Private Attorneys General Act of 2004, Cal. Lab. Code §§ 2698, et seq. (“PAGA”).
